Videomodules
Our videomodules are produced with professional videofootage taken on location. A professional cameraman will come to your home on appointment, equipped with a professional DV-cam camera and tripod, and will shoot footage inside and outside and deliver the footage to our production location.
With videofootage, we will highly reach the effect of a real visit. During shooting as well as editing we try to follow the sequence and other characteristics of a real visit. We also film all communicating areas such as hallways and staircases in order to give your audience a spatial and dynamic impression.

Depending on the size of the object and the time needed to give your audience an optimal impression, our videomodules are available in three different types:
Basic module
- Suitable for smaller objects up to 100 m2 such as 2/3-room appartments.
- Running time appr. 2,5 minutes

- Suitable for most real estate objects between 80 and 200 m2, with 4 or more rooms.

Exclusive module
- Custom made productions for exclusive real-estate, but also suitable for hotels, luxury yachts etc.

- Customizable with several optional services (titles, voice-over, evening footage, trailer etc.)
